I am Brooklyn, NY native transplanted into the heat of Phoenix, AZ with over 15 years working in various roles in the art field. Luckily, I was blessed with an artist as a mother who gave me an early exposure to art. Her influence led me to the Brooklyn Museum as a work-study volunteer in High School. For a few years I worked under artists to teach children and adults how to use a multitude of mediums. I stopped after my mother passed in 2010. I finished my High school career with my art adventure with Drama, Dance, and Robotics. In College I've worked for a small art store in Brooklyn, NY. My start in that store was learning how to create custom frames as well as learning how to work in a retail setting for the first time. I learn to create ceramics and started teaching clay classes and became the ceramic technician for that small store. Years later moved to Michaels were I worked at a few different locations and became a Lead Framer. For the Last 6 Years I have been able to work for Blick art Materials. Over the past two years I have worked with various arts organizations in Phoenix to help artists learn more about the mediums they use.
I've produced work in Acrylic, Digital photography, Oil, Metal sculpture, Resin, Plaster, Wood sculpture, Watercolor, and much more. This portfolio is mostly a representation of my main mediums:
Digital Photography and Ceramics
